Our four-course wine dinner takes you on a journey through Antinori’s Cabernet Sauvignon portfolio, with wines representing Bolgheri, Washington’s Red Mountain, Chile’s Maipo Valley, and Napa Valley.

Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with a course from the Birch & Vine culinary team, showcasing the distinct character of each region and the depth, structure, and elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon.
