We’re thrilled to be part of Tampa Bay Restaurant Week, a celebration of the region’s best dining destinations. At Birch & Vine, located inside The Birchwood on Beach Drive, we’ve created an exclusive 4-course prix fixe menu for just $75, available now through June 22.
Crafted by Chef Lee Aquino, Culinary Director for The Birchwood and Teak brands, this menu brings together bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful presentation in a way that reflects our commitment to culinary creativity and quality.
The Menu
First Course: Green Papaya Summer Roll
Fresh, crisp, and full of bright herbs and citrus. This roll sets the tone for the experience with vibrant Southeast Asian influences.
Second Course: Trio of Bruschetta
A playful and shareable plate featuring three seasonal varieties, highlighting everything from creamy to tangy and herbaceous notes.
Third Course: Grilled Wagyu Sirloin with Foie Gras
This is the showstopper. Tender Wagyu sirloin, expertly grilled and topped with rich foie gras, with a gentle kick from birdseye chili. It’s savory, indulgent, and perfectly balanced.
Final Course: “Oh Honey” Birchwood S’more
A creative twist on the classic dessert. We layer house-made graham, dark chocolate, and a honey-kissed marshmallow for a sweet finish that nods to nostalgia with elevated technique.
If you’re dining with us, we also recommend heading upstairs before or after your reservation. Birchwood Canopy Rooftop Bar offers panoramic views of the waterfront, handcrafted cocktails, and one of the best sunset spots in the city.
