Join us for a Wine Blending Workshop at Birch and Vine, led by our in house Sommelier and a special guest sommelier host. This hands on experience walks you through tasting, blending, and evaluating red wines selected to highlight the style and structure of a featured region. No experience needed, just a love for wine.
You and a guest will taste 2 to 3 premium wines, create your own custom red blend, design a personalized label, and take home a display bottle as a keepsake ππΎ
The evening begins with a welcome glass of Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc π₯, paired with an artisanal cheese and charcuterie . Enjoy a dessert sampler π° as you fine tune your blend.
Feeling competitive? The best blend of the night wins a signed Magnum of Joel Gott 815 Cabernet π
